Feroz Patel has joined Fairfield by Marriot Pune Kharadi, which first property in Maharashtra as the Head Chef since the hotels’ inception in Pune. Born and brought up in Kamshet, a small village near Lonavala, Chef Feroz has completed his Hotel Management & Catering Technology (HMCT) from Pune University and has always had a passion to become a chef. With 12 years of experience in the culinary department, Chef Feroz comes with the comprehensive skill set and knowledge in Food & Beverage Operations. His earlier assignments include Le Meridian Pune (Grand Sheraton), Carnival Cruise lines, Oakwood Worldwide, Premier INN, Sarovar Group & Citrus Hotels.
